Purchasing and receiving a voucher

Vouchers are arranged directly with R-Squared Concierge. A website enquiry is not a purchase. Payment instructions, the euro value, issue details and applicable terms are confirmed before payment. Once payment is verified, Ronan supplies a unique voucher reference and a written record.

What credit can be used for

Credit is applied towards agreed experiences arranged through R-Squared, such as golf, theatre, travel, tickets and dining. It is not a payment card accepted directly by venues or other businesses. The voucher does not guarantee a specific date, ticket, venue, supplier or price.

Using part of your credit

You can request partial redemption across experiences and combine vouchers. Ronan agrees the booking price and credit deduction with you, then confirms the balance. Any amount above your available credit is agreed separately before booking.

Validity and remaining balances

For purchased gift vouchers covered by Irish gift-voucher law, an expiry period must be at least five years from purchase, or no expiry may apply. The applicable dates must be provided in writing. You are not required to spend the whole voucher in one transaction, and the number of vouchers used cannot be limited. Where more than €1 remains, the balance must be returned in cash, electronically or as voucher credit retaining the original expiry.

Availability, changes and exclusions

All experiences depend on supplier availability and the agreed scope. Any service charges, excluded items and supplier cancellation or change conditions will be explained before purchase or booking, as applicable. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Referral or promotional credit

Credit offered as a referral thank-you is agreed separately in writing, including any validity and restrictions. Do not assume its terms are identical to a purchased gift voucher. No automatic referral reward is offered by this page.
